Nominations twist for BB housemates

This week the nominations process in the 'Big Brother' sign of the zodiac has been given a twist, with housemates asked to instead vote for their favourite Head of House.

According to the show's official website, each housemate was asked to select some other housemate for Head of House duties, bearing in mind that the person who receives most nominations will and then become immune from eviction.

Housemates were told that they could not vote for themselves.

They were also warned not to tell other housemates around the wrench after they left the diary room.

This week all housemates are eligible for the Head of House role, regardless of whether or not they have already won the crown.

China's star pianist Lang Lang plays for change

BEIJING () - China's flamboyant pianist Lang Lang said his performance at the opening ceremony of the Beijing Olympics was a message -- China is ever-changing.





The 26-year-old spiky-haired pianist has captivated audiences around the world by combining his classical repertory and pop-culture showmanship, making him a national hero alongside sportsman stars such as basketballer Yao Ming and hurdler Liu Xiang.
